RAW SAND has to do with the need of WATER. No Water No Sand.

Let me tell you about Water. About Sand you have to have a look in the Bible.

The Queen of Sheba meeting King Solomon

The narrative given in the Kebra Negast, an ancient compilation of Ethiopian legends, is that King Solomon invited the Queen of Sheba to a banquet, serving spicy food to induce her thirst, and inviting her to stay in his palace overnight. The Queen asked him to swear that he would not take her by force. He accepted upon the condition that she, in turn, would not take anything from his house by force. The Queen assured that she would not, slightly offended by the implication that she, a rich and powerful monarch, would engage in stealing. However, as she woke up in the middle of the night, she was very thirsty. Just as she reached for a jar of water placed close to her bed, King Solomon appeared, warning her that she was breaking her oath, water being the most valuable of all material possessions. Thus, while quenching her thirst, she set the king free from his promise and they spent the night together. ~ Wikipedia

Now it comes to screenshots RAW SCREENSHOTS. RAW SHOTS from SCREENS are the spice of reality. The only version they know as they are the truth. WYSIWYG was once the term. It lost much of its glory. RAW SAND brings it back.

The shots are raw just washed in the Sand. RAW SAND stands for shots like the Dogme 95 manifest for true, real and raw made films stands. Simple cuts are allowed, but no Photoshop, no post processing.

Here you find the way to The Manifest: NO SCREEN CRUELTY.

The makers of RAW SAND shots gives them freely to use, to share. No credits are needed, but also no false credits are allowed to give. They have to stay always free. It is like the open source licence by MIT. When asked then the maker of the scene (if known) and the name of the original maker will be told.
